Digi-Vault (working title) : An App built to hold digital documents.

Store or Reference : You can import the entire file into the database or simply link it. Password protected environment designed to keep your data safe and secure.
Online Backup Ready : One file. That’s it, just one file. When you import the assets into the database you end up with one file you need to backup. Tested with the now standard online backup tools we have verified DigiVault to work with ZumoCloud, SugarSync and Carbonite. All three of which offer a free 2-5gb account which makes this even more of a viable alternative to traditional backups.

Multi-Base : Your permitted to create multiple databases for even more control over your digital assets. Rather than having thousands of files in one database you can spread it over multiples which allows you to keep track of and better manage. And hey nobody says you can’t just use one if your more comfortable with that.
SlideShow : A simple and easy to use slide show for sharing with others or simply going through your collection. Excellent for photographers, designers, videographers and editors to go through all of their data without lifting a finger.
Import an entire folder : Every digital asset management software application needs this feature but few really offer it. Import an entire folder and all of it’s subfolders, catalog them and present them in order. It’s a simple 3-step process.

2 Terabyte limit : Yes there are limits. 2 Terabytes PER asset. I wouldn’t worry about it though as most hard drives are not even close to 2 terabytes in size.
8 Petabyte limit : It’s a limit physically incapable of achieving by anyone who doesn’t have $1 million in hard drives. Even Amazon’s massive cloud data-centers don’t have this much data. But this is the limit PER database file.
Price : It’s Free.
Support : It’s Not. Free support is provided as we can. A How-To video is preloaded into every database for quick and easy use. It can be deleted to save space. Paid support is available.
Customization : Yes we can. If you need a specially designed custom built version of this let us know. Clicking on “Help” in the drop down menu select “Customize Me” and send us an email. We’ll call you back and get started on your project.
iPad Version : YES! Using Filemaker Go (available from Apple, Inc. via iTunes Store) you can sync the database file across and view your collections on your iPad. VIdeo’s and sounds play as well and PDF’s can be opened and transferred into iBooks.
