Key features include:
- “Internet Foothold” - Ability to retrieve information dynamically from the web, based on captured data in the system. Examples would be the use of Twitter feeds from clients that send opportunity alerts to you. EX: Client Tweets about their wedding schedule change and your notified about it when you log on or you’ll receive a little message while working if you had setup key terms for “Wedding” and/or “Schedule”.
- Bing integration - ability to map, design and stretch the capabilities Microsoft has developed in their top tier Bing search engine. With certain aspects to the web the ability to dynamically search for content and display or render that content from your business platform onto and from the Bing engine. EX: Gathering and setting up maps based on clients locations then creating a schedule that gives you maximum time with each while reducing travel time, all done in a blink of an eye.
- CRM Principles - The need for a Contact Relationship is mandatory today. You simply can not run a business without adequate contact management. We have leveraged the use of the both the web and the client application to give the user the most up to date information as well as finding and displaying the information in a way that is both non-distractive but also simple and to the point.
- Invoicing Principles - Getting the invoice to the client in a matter of seconds is tomorrows strategy. With a host of possibilities we have simplified the system to use both traditional methods of Fax and new methods of electronic distribution. Designer built invoice templates that are simply eye catching and stand out have been proven methods for customer retention as well as quicker turnaround in payments.
- Completely written for the Atom - We worked with Lenovo and Intel at designing and constructing a business platform strictly for the NetBook format. Given the decreased performance in NetBooks and namely the Intel Atom CPU and leveraging it’s strengths we were able to increase performance overall of the system well over 212%. Even though it’s written for the Intel Atom architecture it is still designed for the PC and will run very efficiently on Desktop and Laptop hardware.
- Designed for you and your design for success - Two independent designers assisted and modeled the layouts, invoice, reports and even the process flow of the architecture. We are extremely proud of the work they have done and more than impressed at the engineering efforts put forth.
- Modeled on the world of tomorrow - With our partnerships at Microsoft and Apple we were able to not only design the system to work with and meet the demands of older systems but also build in triggers that will switch over dynamically when installed or migrated to newer systems. This dynamic coding routine standard in all of our Generation 3 (Gen3) products has taken the better part of 2 years since the introduction of the Atom CPU and move to the Nehalem structure. To you it means an ever increasing system potential while still utilizing older hardware. Similar performance across platforms.
- Designed strictly for the Intel Atom - Strict code modeling and script process was used in the development. While harder to create this builds a system that works wonderfully on the NetBook platform and absolutely flys on all hardware since 2004. The Intel Atom CPU design is not well suited to database systems so we designed a database to work with the Atom.
- WiMax, WWAN - Designed to keep internet traffic low while utilizing latest 3G and 4G cellular systems NetBase is so capable you won’t even need an office. From the road, plane, train, even walking down the streets of New York you can keep in contact with clients, perform your tasks, even keep the social media platforms buzzing about your latest work. Simply put, the world is your office and NetBase is your desk.
- “E-Message Center” - A one click operation to alert a client or multiple clients of an important and urgent message. Delivered via Fax, Text Message and Email instantly.
Coming later this year we hope to debut the new NetBase system in version 2 to the public. Currently in Beta testing with several users in several markets the system is currently being honed, polished and refined.
We look forward to hearing from every user now and tomorrow and we certainly look forward to working with the OEM Manufactures for product deployment as a pre-installed system for Business users.
