We use Filemaker as our main tool for development of database systems. We choose this after years of working with Filemaker, Access, SQL, Visual Basic, and 4D. We found Filemaker gives us the speed we need to deliver a quality product and all the features any business would want. For systems up to 250 users, web enabled data for work on Blackberry's to iPhones out in the field and anywhere in-between you'll find there is no better choice.
From the simple business management system starting around $450 to the complex contract tracking we enabled CRM system with a multi-node WAN we can do what others can't. In August 2007 we created the first iPhone capable CRM application for a small office in Hagerstown, Md. When others say you can't, we say you can and we use every tool and piece of knowledge acquired.
How we work it:
Step 1. Initially we discuss your needs over a phone call. We gather your requirements and see if we can make it work or give you exactly what your after.
Step 2. A face-face meeting showing sample databases and features. From here we gather more information on how to generate your system. In most cases this is the last meeting before a sample system is shipped for review. It should also be noted that at this point your still not being charged. An estimate for the work is now provided.
Step 3. Review of sample system and make any changes needed in order to make the system perfect. A revised estimate is supplied for any changes.
Step 4. A 50% deposit for your system is received and at this point the work is completed on time. 3rd Party tools and applications require a 100% payment prior to installation. We will work to get you a discount if we can. We use our connections with manufactures and major distributors to find the best price for your new system. Hardware requires an 80% deposit.
Step 5. The final product is reviewed. Once accepted the remaining balance for custom work is expected prior to installation. COD is acceptable as well. Final software support numbers are reviewed and a proper contract is put in place.
Step 6. You reap the benfiets of the best database platform on the planet with a custom built application that you designed for the way you work. That's how computers are supposed to work.
